Bar
The LF CPR system allows an instant and effortless safety release of the kite, with either the left or the right hand, from the front or back of the bar. Once engaged, the bar will release from the chicken loop to either the 100% de-power flag line or 90% de-power main line leash attachment options.
While the primary focus for this new system was on safety and release advancements, the entire bar has been redesigned and improved. Julien Fillion teamed up with industrial designer Miles Hammond to create the new CPR, the most advanced, easy to use and reliable control bar and safety system in kiteboarding.

I have never liked using a bridled kite due to the lack of direct feel and less responsive turns so have always had a C kite since I started before the days of the Bows. The Great thing about the Nirvana is that you have all the amazing characteristics of a C with the super fast turns, power through the loop and direct feel but also with nearly as much depower as a bridled kite so you have a huge wind range and can go out in some ridiculous winds.
I have used many performance kites and I have definitely jumped the highest and done the biggest loops on this kite. The thin leading edge and efficient profile allow you to send it back super fast and are rocketed into the sky, when looping this efficient shape allows the kite to climb back out of the loop everytime.
The fat wingtips give the kite really smooth and constant power delivery through the turns/loops and linear depower, not on/off like a bridled kite.
The added battens this year give the kite even more response in turns than the Hifi Comp :)
Don't let all this performance scare you off if you are an intermediate rider though, the huge depower range and easy relaunch also make this a great freeride kite.
If you are thinking of buying a Nirvana, I always purchase my kit from these guys as they know everything about the Liquid Force range and will be able to help you with any queries you might have: http://shop.thekitesurfcentre.com/2012-liquid-force- nirvana-989-p.asp
