Airush Flow 10m 2008
The Airush flow gives you the feeling you are in control. This hybrid SLE kite is very suitable for beginners and allrounders. Gradual power and not too much boost in flight lines, this build confidence in different wind conditions. Not a kite that is very suitable for kiteloops, and unhooked it has a tendancy to generate too much power, but perfect for oldschool riders and wave-riders. A good allround kite.
Basics
Kite re-launch
Easy, pull one of the steering lines and move towards the kite a bit.
Kite stability
Total depower
Controllable with one hand, is it's low end for wave action.
Windrange
Good low-end, in it's high end it feels like an oldschool kite, as a beginner kite you can easily take one size smaller than what others are using.
Oldskool
Lift
Gradual buildup of power in flight lines. Overpowered it offers a long glide phase with good control.
Glide phase
Enormous glide-phase in the high-end. Just pull the bar to glide.
High-end
Good control, enormous glide with soft landing, higher bar pressure, harder to go upwind due to constant pull.
Low-end
Very good!
Wave
Reaction to steering action
Quick reaction, but the turning speed is not very high... sometimes you might loose pressure on the power lines.
